StudentCo Pet Sitter Profile

If you like this profile, remember the name "Brittany M" and simply click here to tell us more about your pets and when you will need a sitter. StudentCo will let you know if this pet sitter is available (if not, you will be introduced to another, equally awesome, team member).

The next step is the meet-and-greet. This is an informal meeting at your home so you (and your pets!) can get to know a potential sitter. You are invited to discuss your needs and expectations openly, and then decide whether you would like to proceed with a booking. The meet-and-greet is 100% cost and obligation-free and will be arranged for a time that suits you.

Experience with animals and own pets

I have been animal crazy for as long as I can remember! Looking back at all the pets we have had in our household growing up and even now - I have been responsible for each and every one of them by begging my parents to get “just one more”. The truth is that one pet was never the last and this is the reason that animals have always been a part of my family and will definitely continue to be that way.

My family and I take our three dogs for walks on an average of three times a week and they absolutely love it! We have a Jack Russel Terrier named Chika, a Basset Hound named Baxter and a Cocker Spaniel named Brady, as well as two cats named Lexie and Olivia. I have taught each of the dogs a unique trick that they do before receiving a treat. Chika stands on her back legs, Baxter raises his one paw and Brady asks with a quiet bark.

Chika and I often do the Parkrun together. She is my baby and sleeps in my bed every night and she is most definitely the best cuddle buddy! We have had many other animals over the years including birds, hamsters, fish, a bunny and a leopard gecko. I also did many years of horse riding so I have experience with horses too. I have looked after my family member’s and friend’s houses and animals many times while they have been on holiday in the past. I truly understand animals and have a special connection with them and I feel blessed to have been around so many animals all my life!
