StudentCo Pet Sitter Profile

If you like this profile, remember the name "Dale M" and simply click here to tell us more about your pets and when you will need a sitter. StudentCo will let you know if this pet sitter is available (if not, you will be introduced to another, equally awesome, team member).

The next step is the meet-and-greet. This is an informal meeting at your home so you (and your pets!) can get to know a potential sitter. You are invited to discuss your needs and expectations openly, and then decide whether you would like to proceed with a booking. The meet-and-greet is 100% cost and obligation-free and will be arranged for a time that suits you.

Experience with animals and own pets

Goodness! I wouldn’t know where to start!

I always tend to connect with animals on a deeper level, than I do with humans. Possibly because my nervous rambling can be eliminated from the equation… either way, the love I develop with any animal I meet, is immediate. I am usually the girl at the party, sitting in the corner playing and cuddling the cute and furry bundles of joy!

Besides having the honour of growing up with many dogs, and of course, let’s not forget the fishes! I have cared for a many variety of pets throughout my life, my brother excluded ;) From being a Science Monitor in School, saving plenty of Rats and Bats that fell ill and needed our help, to looking after and walking neighbors pups, when needed.

At the moment, I am lucky enough to have four furry friends at home. All pavement specials!

The oldest is Scamp, he has quite a fiery personality, in comparison to his size. But was so patient when I used to put him in my pram, and walk with him around the garden when I was younger!

Next, we have the two bothers. Duff and Snoop. We heard about these handsome young fellows on one of the rescue pages we follow. Left abandoned and alone at a house, with their mommy. They are known for starting the tradition of the Grand National (racing in circles around the garden) promptly starting at 5 PM every Sunday. I hope to see you tuning in.

Lastly, we have our newcomer, Princess Leia. Only a few months old, she was found on the side of a highway, with no microchip or collar. No one seemed to be able to take her in so we gladly welcomed her to the family! Her nickname is 2-Stroke, as she is a very vocal puppy. And tends to groan with everything she does. It is by far one of the sweetest things I have ever seen!

I would absolutely adore getting to know and caring for your furry, feathery, scaly and or prickly children ;)

I have known Dale since she was a young girl. In recent years I was the principal at Charter College. The high school she went to. She was very studious, polite and friendly. Dale was a prefect in her Matric year in 2016. Dale is very responsible and loves pets. I highly recommend her to house sitting.
