StudentCo Pet Sitter Profile

If you like this profile, remember the name "David H" and simply click here to tell us more about your pets and when you will need a sitter. StudentCo will let you know if this pet sitter is available (if not, you will be introduced to another, equally awesome, team member).

The next step is the meet-and-greet. This is an informal meeting at your home so you (and your pets!) can get to know a potential sitter. You are invited to discuss your needs and expectations openly, and then decide whether you would like to proceed with a booking. The meet-and-greet is 100% cost and obligation-free and will be arranged for a time that suits you.

Experience with animals and own pets

I’ve only ever known my home as the place where I’ll find my bundles of joy. Growing up, we’ve always had dogs and cats and I’ve been fortunate enough to have made some amazing memories with mine!

I have a particularly soft spot for big dogs who like to play, and energetic cats. There’s nothing better than the unconditional love you receive from them.

I’ve been blessed to have raised a white Siamese cat who’s now turning 20 this year! I decided to help him find his youth by introducing the fire basket of a Turkish Van into the family and since then my heart couldn’t be happier.

I love all kinds of animals and always look to bond with them if possible, although fish are tricky ones! I don’t have any particular involvement with animal charities or the SPCA, although I do pour a lot of my heart into being a learn to swim coach part time.

I ideally believe in giving every animal a good home and a loving owner and it’s hard for me not to be that person who has 40 cats and dogs living with them, although maybe one day it could be possible.

So I promise you, you can rest assured that your animals will feel loved and at home when looked after by me and I look forward to being the person you entrust your fur babies to. Ps. I’m not biased – fur, feathers, scales, it’s all the same to me.
