StudentCo Pet Sitter Profile

If you like this profile, remember the name "Ivanka P" and simply click here to tell us more about your pets and when you will need a sitter. StudentCo will let you know if this pet sitter is available (if not, you will be introduced to another, equally awesome, team member).

The next step is the meet-and-greet. This is an informal meeting at your home so you (and your pets!) can get to know a potential sitter. You are invited to discuss your needs and expectations openly, and then decide whether you would like to proceed with a booking. The meet-and-greet is 100% cost and obligation-free and will be arranged for a time that suits you.

Experience with animals and own pets

My two pets, Oreo and Winston, bring me a tremendous amount of joy. Oreo is a 7-year-old black and white cat and is the head of the household. Winston is a 3-year-old white and ginger cat and he loves to snuggle under the blankets with me. Both cats are rescues from the SPCA, as I feel it is important to adopt pets, rather than to buy them from pet shops (“Adopt, do not shop.” is what I like to say).

On weekends, my mom and I volunteer at the Sandton SPCA, where we spend time with the furry felines and take the dogs for walks on the SPCA grounds. It gives me great pleasure to be part of an organisation that helps neglected and abandoned animals. It is a cause very near and dear to my heart. I also have experience in looking after the animals of my friends and family members.
