The next step is the meet-and-greet. This is an informal meeting at your home so you (and your pets!) can get to know a potential sitter. You are invited to discuss your needs and expectations openly, and then decide whether you would like to proceed with a booking. The meet-and-greet is 100% cost and obligation-free and will be arranged for a time that suits you.

Experience with animals and own pets
I share a home with five beings. Three of them have two legs and the two of them have four legs. My animals mean the world to me and I will always go out of my way to protect and care for them. They have been a part of our family since 2010, but for as long as I can remember, we have always had animals.
Besides having our two dogs, Edgar and Zeena - two very energetic German Shepherds, at home, I had four stray cats, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Aqua and Meow Meow, that I took care of in Bloemfontein, where I studied. I had all of them spayed and vaccinated and they are now in loving homes.
In addition to having dogs, I have also had hamsters, birds and fish. I have always wanted to become a vet, but realised that I'm too emotionally involved when it comes to sick or abused animals. So I have decided to go into Viral Zoonosis, where I will be doing research on protecting animals and humans from current and emerging viral diseases.
