StudentCo Pet Sitter Profile

If you like this profile, remember the name "Narissa V" and simply click here to tell us more about your pets and when you will need a sitter. StudentCo will let you know if this pet sitter is available (if not, you will be introduced to another, equally awesome, team member).

The next step is the meet-and-greet. This is an informal meeting at your home so you (and your pets!) can get to know a potential sitter. You are invited to discuss your needs and expectations openly, and then decide whether you would like to proceed with a booking. The meet-and-greet is 100% cost and obligation-free and will be arranged for a time that suits you.

Experience with animals and own pets

I adore having four-legged siblings in the house, as I am an only child. I currently have two Dachshunds, Julie and Zoë, and both are seven years old. About a year ago, Julie started having back problems and had to undergo an operation to relieve the stress on her back. Afterwards she attended two months of rehab in order to walk again. This was, however, not successful. She has been paralyzed from the middle of her spine down ever since.

I have been one of her primary caretakers, as she cannot walk and also does not have control of her urinary functions. I have always loved animals, but this experience granted me with more compassion, patience and love for my furry friends. I have gained so much experience regarding the care of animals. I believe that every home is empty without the presence of pets and I adore taking care of other people's as well as my own.

She is a very beautiful person on the inside as well as on the outside. What you see is what you get. Narissa always does her very best and is willing to do much more than what is expected of her. She is always smiling and has a joyful personality. I will absolutely trust her with my pets and even with my own children.
