StudentCo Pet Sitter Profile

If you like this profile, remember the name "Savannah L" and simply click here to tell us more about your pets and when you will need a sitter. StudentCo will let you know if this pet sitter is available (if not, you will be introduced to another, equally awesome, team member).

The next step is the meet-and-greet. This is an informal meeting at your home so you (and your pets!) can get to know a potential sitter. You are invited to discuss your needs and expectations openly, and then decide whether you would like to proceed with a booking. The meet-and-greet is 100% cost and obligation-free and will be arranged for a time that suits you.

Experience with animals and own pets

Calling me an animal lover would be an understatement, I have 7 of my own dogs including 4 jack Russells, 2 Bassets and a Beagle. I love to spend my spare time with them whether it be running around the garden throwing the ball or cuddling on the couch I’m the happiest when I am with them.

Most of my time is invested in making sure my animals are happy and enjoying life. My dogs are rescue dogs and each one of them has such amazing personalities My gran has an elderly cat who I have looked after many times, we enjoy sitting in the sun while I drink a cup of tea and study.

I also work at a vet part-time where I see and deal with a lot of animals from dogs to fish to stray cats. I am very invested in my work there and enjoy building relationships with the animals and their owners. .

I have house sat before where I looked after two excited and loving Labradors and a white house cat who enjoyed having her tummy being tickled every afternoon. My duties included feeding them and making sure they had fresh water. I also spent quality time with the dogs by throwing their ball for them.

Additional notes: My dogs are absolutely terrified of thunderstorms and fireworks and we went away over New Year. Savannah made sure that she was home all the time to comfort my dogs when there were storms which I thought was really thoughtful of her. I would definitely recommended her to anyone.
