StudentCo Pet Sitter Profile

If you like this profile, remember the name "Sheina R" and simply click here to tell us more about your pets and when you will need a sitter. StudentCo will let you know if this pet sitter is available (if not, you will be introduced to another, equally awesome, team member).

The next step is the meet-and-greet. This is an informal meeting at your home so you (and your pets!) can get to know a potential sitter. You are invited to discuss your needs and expectations openly, and then decide whether you would like to proceed with a booking. The meet-and-greet is 100% cost and obligation-free and will be arranged for a time that suits you.

Experience with animals and own pets

I had many pets during my childhood, ranging from hamsters and birds, to fish and dogs, and on rare occasions, a bee or lizard that I had saved from the dangers of my garden. Currently, I am a happy mother of a beautiful Jack Russell cross named James. He is a rescue dog from the Sandton SPCA. I had the privilege of meeting him on my 16th birthday and from then volunteered with my school to spend time with the animals at the SPCA.

As a young child, I had always loved animals and had always dreamed of helping them. I also used to volunteer at Kitty and Puppy Haven on a Saturday morning when the branch was still in Bramley. At the moment, I work part time at the Sandringham Vet and encounter many animals on a daily basis. I have knowledge of animals and understand their behaviour. It would be an honour for me to assist in pet sitting, so that I can ensure a great holiday for you, as well as for your pets.
